Qualifications

• Full-time role based in Grantham.
• 39.5 hours per week with overtime available.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Sorting materials for recycling streams.
• Dismantling electronic equipment safely.
• Operating processing machinery efficiently.
• Inspecting incoming materials for compliance.
• Maintaining a clean work environment.

Skills

Previous experience in a recycling or waste management environment

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations

Mechanical aptitude or experience in dismantling electronic equipment

Ability to operate machinery or willingness to be trained

Strong attention to detail
