Job summary

Enva in Grantham is seeking a Telehandler Operative to join the Operations team. You will move, lift, load, and unload materials including electronic waste for recycling or disposal, working on-site and contributing to sustainability goals.

The role requires operating a telehandler, adhering to safety regulations, and collaborating with teammates to meet production targets in a busy recycling environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recycling or waste management environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to recycling.
• Ability to operate or be trained to operate telehandler machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate the telehandler to lift and transport materials to designated areas.
• Load and unload materials to ensure correct recycling streams.
• Monitor and control the flow of materials in the factory.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe working area and perform other duties as required.
