Job summary

Job&Talent is recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance / Telehandler Off-Loading Operator to support Unipart/JCB at the Uttoxeter site. You will unload deliveries, move pallets and components, and assist production lines to maintain material flow safely.

Applicants should hold a FLT Counterbalance and/or Telescopic Handler licence, with industrial/manufacturing experience. This role offers ongoing work, weekly pay, and onsite facilities in a busy yard environment.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance and/or Telescopic Handler licence (RTITB/ITSSAR desirable).
• Experience in a high-volume industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work to deadlines and follow site procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT and Telehandler safely on site.
• Off-load trailers and inbound goods.
• Move pallets to designated storage or production areas.
• Pack and crate VOR booms for safe storage/transport.
• Complete safety checks and required paperwork.
• Work with warehouse teams and site supervisors.
• Maintain housekeeping standards on site.
