Job summary

A position is available in Uttoxeter for an experienced FLT / Counterbalance Driver and Telehandler Off-Loading Operator. You will unload deliveries, move components, and support production lines to maintain efficient material flow on a busy Unipart/JCB site.

The role requires a valid licence (FLT/Telehandler) and prior experience in a high-volume industrial setting. Expect outdoor work in varying weather with strong safety practices and close teamwork.

Qualifications

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence required or RTITB/ITSSAR desirable.
This role requires experience in high-volume industrial settings.
Ability to meet deadlines and work to site procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate FLT and Telehandler safely on site.
Off-load trailers and inbound goods from deliveries.
Move pallets and components to storage or production areas.
Handle oversized components with care and accuracy.
Pack and crate VOR booms for transport.
Complete safety checks and documentation as required.
Coordinate with warehouse teams and site supervisors.
Maintain safe yard operations with vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
Adhere to Unipart/JCB safety and housekeeping standards.
