The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association is seeking a proactive Telefundraising Executive to help fund vital services for people with sight loss. You will engage supporters through outbound calls, drive income targets and ensure a first-class supporter experience across campaigns such as Sponsor A Puppy, Lottery and Legacy.
Working 35 hours per week, you’ll be based in Reading with occasional travel to the office and training sessions.

As a Telefundraising Executive at Guide Dogs, you’ll play a key role in generating vital income that helps people with sight loss live the life they choose. Through engaging conversations with supporters and potential supporters, you’ll deliver effective fundraising campaigns, maximise supporter engagement, and contribute to achieving ambitious income generation targets. The Telefundraising Executive will be an expert in outbound fundraising, supporter engagement, relationship building, and achieving results within a target-driven environment, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering an exceptional supporter experience. Our Telefundraising Executives play a huge part in ensuring everything we do enables us to deliver on our purpose and exceed expectations.
For this role, you'll be working 35 hours per week, from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location, you will be required to attend the office once a week. Once or twice a year, you may be required to travel to the Reading office for team meetings and/or training sessions. The initial induction period will require attendance at the Reading office for two days.

You’ll have a results‑driven and supporter‑focused approach to fundraising, customer engagement, and achieving targets. You’ll enjoy working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment with a dedicated focus on building rapport with supporters, delivering excellent service, and maximising fundraising opportunities, whilst being committed to providing an outstanding supporter experience and helping Guide Dogs generate the income needed to support people with sight loss. You’ll act with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
