Interlinx Consulting Ltd is seeking a Telecoms Project Engineer with SISS rail experience to support major National Grid and London Underground projects. The role requires nationwide travel and staying away from home during the working week.

The ideal candidate has progressed from hands-on engineering to project engineering with clear pathways into management, and will collaborate with on-site teams and clients to ensure project success.

• Support the delivery of SISS telecoms works across National Grid and London Underground projects.

• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, materials, and project programmes.
• Ensure works are delivered safely on time and to the required specifications.
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Telecoms Project Engineer - SISS Rail (Nationwide)

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 DOE | Full-Time | Nationwide Projects

Interlinx is working with a leading principal contractor to supporting with finding a hands-on Telecoms Project Engineer with a SISS railway background to join their team, working on major National Grid and London Underground projects. This role will require travelling and staying away from home.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who has worked their way up from the tools and is ready to step into a project engineering role, with a clear pathway into project management and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of SISS telecoms works across National Grid and London Underground projects.
• Work with CCTV, PA, PHP, CIS, and access control systems.
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, materials, and project programmes.
• Ensure works are delivered safely on time and to the required specifications.
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
