Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of telecoms infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. You will work with engineering, resourcing and customer teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.

You will support the Programme Manager, handle complex workstreams, manage risks, costs and performance, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering and implementation management within the telecommunications sector.
• Ability to interpret and manage technical engineering work packages within complex infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects with disciplined timelines, budgets and risk management.
• Strong budgetary and business awareness aimed at cost-effective project delivery.
• Familiarity with industry environments (CTIL/MBNL) is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple infrastructure projects using Indigo's Project Management Methodology and maintain plans and customer sign-off.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions; prepare resource forecasts and phase plans.
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned projects and secure timely input and approvals.
• Report on project metrics, costs to complete and reviews; manage monthly service reporting.
• Manage budgets, profitability and cost control; track revenue and costs; ensure billing and PO coverage.
