Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead telecommunications programmes across our client portfolio. The role is hybrid with locations including London, Cheltenham, Birmingham, Manchester, Doncaster and Glasgow, and requires coordinating site activities, managing risks and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within the Mobile Telecoms industry.
• Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven problem-solving capability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and best practice.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telecommunications projects across the Mitie Telecoms client base.
• Coordinate site activities, installation dependencies and project schedules.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor progress against KPIs, milestones and client SLAs.
• Manage project risks, issues and escalations while ensuring successful project delivery.
