Job summary

IC Resources seeks a senior Programme/Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary telecoms programmes. You will own delivery, drive client relationships, and guide solutions with technical leads across software and hardware teams.

Requirements include proven project leadership, familiarity with agile and waterfall methods, and strong stakeholder management to shape and size projects with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects (software and hardware).
• Formal PM qualification is a plus (APM).
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall project methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to scope, size and shape projects with technical experts.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary technical projects.
• Manage customer relationships throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Developers and Technical Leads to uncover client challenges.
• Coordinate across disciplines including Signal Processing, AI, Digital Systems, RF, and Embedded Software.
• Monitor budget performance across multiple projects and ensure effective planning.
