Job summary

Indigo leads the way in digital infrastructure delivery. Head of PMO will shape and scale Indigo's delivery capability, establishing governance and a centre of excellence for project, programme and portfolio delivery.

You will partner with senior leadership, Sales and Delivery to drive On-Time Delivery, Right First Time and margin improvements, while ensuring processes are adopted and add measurable value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, leading or transforming a PMO.
• Improved delivery maturity and governance.
• Experience managing complex portfolios.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven delivery improvement.
• Professional PMO qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, APM PMQ, MSP/MoP/P3O desirable).
• Experience in telecoms, infrastructure, or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Indigo's PMO operating model and roadmap.
• Establish governance, stage gates and assurance across delivery lifecycle.
• Develop performance measures and reporting on delivery health and financials.
• Provide portfolio and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Lead capability and continuous improvement across the organization.
