Daisy Communications seeks a Legal Counsel reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel to support a broad range of commercial matters within the O2 Business framework. You will own contracts, draft terms, and advise stakeholders to enable efficient execution while managing risk.

Based in the UK, this role collaborates with internal teams and external partners, and requires proactive, autonomous work with robust drafting and negotiation skills in a fast-paced telecoms environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced commercial contracts lawyer with demonstrable legal and commercial expertise (in-house experience preferred).
• Strong drafting, review and negotiation skills across B2B contracts.
• Able to balance legal risk with business objectives in a pragmatic way.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for a broad range of commercial legal matters, identifying risk and providing pragmatic advice.
• Negotiation and drafting of B2B contracts with customers and suppliers; maintain terms and conditions.
• Support contract management and governance processes; escalate high-risk issues as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders and provide clear reporting on project status and risk.
