Telecommunications Engineer – Full Training Provided

Salary: £28,805.40 - £29,385.40 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT

Providing installation

• Repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services
• Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Circet, in line with best practices and client requirements
• Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to their satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally and effectively to customer requests and inquiries
• Develop professional abilities through timely training completion
• Comply with company fleet policy
• Follow health and safety regulations as per H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
• Operate tools safely
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
