Telecommunications Engineer – Full Training Provided

Salary: £28,805.40 - £29,385.40 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers’ premises on behalf of clients such as TalkTalk and BT

Providing installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services

• Complete all work to the quality standards set by Circet, adhering to best practices and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintain a clean environment, and ensure excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Develop professional skills through timely training
• Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Operate tools safely and responsibly
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and policies
