Telecommunications Engineer – Full Training Provided

Salary: £28,805.40 - £29,385.40 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT

Providing installation and maintenance

• Repair and maintain Broadband, Telephony, and T.V services
• Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Circet's practices and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services, ensuring satisfaction and proper operation
• Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to all customer requests and inquiries
• Complete necessary training to develop professional skills
• Comply with company fleet policies and health and safety regulations
• Ensure safe operation of tools and compliance with environmental regulations
• Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
