Telecommunications Engineer – Full Training Provided

Salary: £28,805.40 - £29,385.40 + Bonus

Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT

Providing installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Circet, in line with best practices and client requirements
• Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to customer satisfaction
• Work efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Develop your professional abilities through timely training completion
• Comply with company fleet policy and health & safety regulations
• Ensure safe operation of tools and compliance with environmental regulations
• Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
