Job summary

Vanrath is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its Business Improvement team in Belfast. You will analyse business processes, data structures and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational efficiencies in a growing technology and telecommunications organisation.

You will gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, translate needs into technical specs, and work with development teams across Agile and Waterfall projects to deliver tangible business

Qualifications

• Significant BA experience in technical or systems-focused environments.
• Proven ability to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis methodologies.
• Experience producing BRDs, functional specs and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Investigate business functions, processes and information flows to identify improvements.
• Produce key BA documentation (BRDs, specs, test plans).
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and translate needs to technical specs.
• Support project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments.
