Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Telecommunications Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in Randburg. You will plan, execute, and deliver telecom initiatives, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-scope, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least 5 years of telecom project experience, with PMP or Agile methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing telecommunications projects.
• Experience with PMP or Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all telecom project phases from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, resources, budget and risks.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet milestones.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures to meet financial objectives.
• Regularly report status, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety regulations and company policies.
