Job summary

Telecom Acquisitions Ltd. in Horsham is seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of delivery experience in telecommunications. You will lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver network, infrastructure, and technology projects on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Change, you will manage multiple workstreams, engage with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure adherence to governance processes in a fast-paced telecoms environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a project management role.
• Working knowledge of project management lifecycles (initiation through closure).
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks, trackers, and deadlines accurately.
• Confident communicator, liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders at varying levels.
• Competent user of project-based tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of telecoms projects or workstreams end-to-end, including acquisitions, supplier migrations and continuous improvement programmes.
• Create and maintain project governance on larger network rollout, infrastructure, or technology migration programmes.
• Develop and maintain project processors within the company.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and flag slippage or issues early.
• Track project costs and budgets and support basic financial reporting.
• Help ensure projects comply with compliance and relevant regulatory/network standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to keep tasks on track.
• Prepare clear, accurate status updates and reports for meetings and stakeholders.
