Job summary

Comex2000uk is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join our delivery teams in the UK. You'll provide the structured administrative backbone and coordination support to ensure our projects—delivery-focused and internal—are planned, governed, and executed flawlessly.

From managing live-site whereabouts to ensuring reporting is pinpoint accurate, you will enable teams to hit milestones with real-time visibility, governance, and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Experience: you’ve previously supported projects or operational teams in a coordination or administrative role.
• Organisational Skills: you can juggle multiple deadlines and activities with accuracy.
• Communication: you’re a clear and confident communicator, reporting and liaising with clients.
• Tech Savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools; quick to learn new systems.
• Problem-Solving: solutions-focused and capable of handling obligations.

Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Support: maintain schedules, trackers, and action lists; gatekeeper of docs.
• Governance & Compliance: manage permits, Streetworks notices, and Asbuilt submissions.
• Operational Coordination: update schedules, coordinate meetings, capture actions.
• Data & Reporting: manage data across systems; validate inputs for daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Relationship Management: build strong bonds with internal teams and clients; ensure smooth communication.
