Job summary

United Infrastructure Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Delivery Manager in Warrington to provide administrative and coordination support for telecoms infrastructure projects. You will help maintain project records, coordinate site activities and support handovers in line with client requirements and SLAs.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment, ensuring safe and timely project

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination or project support roles.
• Experience in telecoms, utilities, construction or infrastructure is advantageous.
• Familiarity with RAMS, safety documentation and quality processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Delivery Manager.
• Manage project files, trackers and documentation across systems.
• Coordinate site access, RAMS, RAMS packs and handover documentation.
• Raise POs, support commercial teams with cost information and reporting.
• Maintain records and monitor KPIs to support delivery performance.
