Job summary

Comex 2000 UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee fibre and cabling infrastructure delivery across multiple UK telecoms programmes, ensuring safety, quality and on-time outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client expectations and drive KPI performance in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing telecoms infrastructure delivery programmes.
• Strong leadership of operational teams in KPI-driven environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of fibre and cabling infrastructure projects across multiple workstreams.
• Drive operational performance against programme milestones, KPIs and client expectations.
• Manage resources, productivity and workforce planning to maximise delivery performance.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, compliantly and right first time.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and support to Supervisors, Engineers and field teams.
• Identify delivery risks and implement effective solutions to maintain programme performance.
• Monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure commercial, operational and client objectives are achieved.
