Job summary

Comex 2000 is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our delivery teams in Leeds on a 6-month fixed-term contract ending March 2027. You will provide the structured administrative backbone and coordination support to plan, govern, and execute both delivery-focused and internal projects.

A telecom background helps you hit the ground running and support multiple live sites and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects or operational teams in a coordination or administrative role.
• Previous work experience within telecommunications.
• Organisational skills to juggle multiple deadlines while staying accurate.
• Clear and confident communication, reports and client interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, trackers, and action lists to keep projects moving.
• Gatekeeper of project documentation, ensuring accurate job packs and work instructions for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings and capture all actions with follow-up.
• Manage data across internal and external systems and validate inputs for reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication.
