Job description

Job Title: Telco Cloud Support Engineer (3-4 years of experience)

Work setting: Remote

Client sector: Telecoms

Contract Length: Initial contract until end of 2025 with potential extensions

Type of contract: Inside IR35, full-time

Occasional visits to London/Reading possible.

Requirements (must-haves):

• Hands-on experience with Helm, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
• Linux, networking, and cloud environments (vSphere, OpenStack, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• English proficiency for customer interaction.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of SDN/NFV architectures and network automation is desirable.

Good to have experience/knowledge with Open-Source MANO (OSM) or similar NFV orchestration frameworks.
