Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Global Practice Manager for Telecommunications to lead, coach, and grow a team of customer-facing consultants across the Telco sector. You will work with AWS sales, engineering, and business development to design solutions for operators and digital infrastructure customers.

Based in the UK, the role demands strong telecom acumen, experience managing large programs, and the ability to translate technology into business value for global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Extensive telecom industry knowledge and experience with network modernization, BSS/OSS, 5G, edge deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of technical consultants or architects in the Telecommunications domain.
• Partner with AWS Sales, Account and BD teams to drive design wins and platform adoption.
• Guide roadmap feature messaging and solution delivery for Telco workloads.
• Travel to client locations as needed to deliver professional services.
