Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a Secondary Behaviour Mentor to work with pupils in Derby. You will support students on a 1-2-1 basis and in small groups, focusing on improving behaviour and engagement in lessons. Experience with teenagers is desirable, and youth worker or sports coach backgrounds are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with difficult behaviour.
• Strong Behaviour Management.
• Passion for working and supporting children's learning.
• Strong communication skills that can be demonstrated by an ability to build relationships with other professionals.
