Job summary

Aspire People in Mansfield is seeking a Secondary Behaviour Mentor to work with pupils in 1-2-1 settings and small groups to support learning.

You should have experience with children showing difficult behaviour, strong behaviour management, and the ability to build relationships with other professionals.

Secondary Behaviour Mentor | Mansfield

Are you interested in going in working in the Education sector but not quite sure how? You will be working with challenging students both on a 1-2-1 basis and in small groups. Having experience of working with teenagers is desirable however not necessarily in a school setting. If you have experience as a youth worker or support worker or even sports coaching, please do get in touch!!
