Job summary

Matched Group is seeking an IT-focused Technology and Transformation Manager to drive technology-enabled business transformations. You will lead hands-on IT changes, manage multiple initiatives, and coordinate delivery across CRM, finance, HR, telephony and reporting systems, ensuring secure integrations and data flows.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of multiple tech-enabled transformation projects.
• Experience with enterprise systems, integrations and data flows.
• Leadership of a small IT team (tech support).
• Strong understanding of CRM, telephony and related enterprise platforms.
• IT operations knowledge to govern security, resilience and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal technology-enabled transformation and business process change projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and keep priorities, scope, resources and delivery visible to stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery and evolution of internal business systems such as CRM, finance, HR, telephony, reporting and other platforms.
• Ensure new systems/changes have proper integration, data flow, security, resilience and ownership before implementation.
• Own IT/Technical delivery of cross-system integration and automation initiatives.
• Oversee APIs, integrations, workflow automation and data flows to support transformation.
• Responsible for internal IT function, infrastructure, end-user tech, and operational capabilities.
