Job summary

HM Revenue and Customs is seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive a major digital transformation portfolio. The role orchestrates cross-functional teams and strategic suppliers to deliver complex technology change, ensuring value for money and service stability.

The postholder will provide visible leadership across the delivery lifecycle, manage dependencies and risks, and align resources to top organisational priorities while delivering measurable outcomes for customers and colleagues

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience delivering large-scale technology and digital change portfolios.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and strategic suppliers to deliver outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong track record balancing operational stability, risk, quality and value for money.
