Qualifications

• 10+ years of management consulting experience.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience shaping transformation visions and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Shape the transformation vision, operating model and business case.
• Lead roadmap development and governance across programmes.
• Influence clients and senior teams to realise benefits.
• Develop and coach other consultants and bid teams.
• Balance advisory work with client delivery and bid conversations.
• Ensure no sales targets while maintaining commercial awareness.
