Job summary
Michael Page partners with a North West not-for-profit to appoint a Director of Technology and Business Change. This pivotal role defines an IT and digital strategy and leads an organisation-wide transformation to modernise systems and services for local communities, including Bolton and surrounding areas.
You will head a capable team, ensuring stable IT services while driving long-term improvements, data-enabled insight, and frontline service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise IT and business transformation.
- Senior leadership at IT Director or Digital Director level.
- Strong governance, commercial and risk management capability.
- Ability to influence at Board and Executive level.
- Experience in housing, regulated industries, public sector, or customer focused operational environments would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Define IT and digital strategy and roadmap to support transformation objectives.
- Lead day-to-day IT services, ensuring stability and resilience.
- Shape how technology enables frontline services and data-driven decision making.
- Embed new systems, improve processes, and manage change across the organisation.
- Lead and develop the technology and transformation team.
