Job summary

BALFOUR BEATTY is seeking a M25 Technology Supervisor to oversee maintenance across the network, leading engineers and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will plan routine and cyclical works, pre-scout closure areas, raise permits, and manage resources and data in the MMS, delivering daily briefings and end-of-shift debriefs to capture lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering highway maintenance operations or similar.
• CSCS/ECS qualification is required.
• SMSTS/SSSTS certification is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers and subcontractors to deliver maintenance works safely and on time.
• Plan routine and cyclical works, including pre-scouting areas before closures.
• Raise permits and Subcontractor Instructions (SCIs) as required.
• Update MMS with real-time data and deliver daily/shift briefs.
