Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc’s Connect Plus Services (CPS) unit is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex highways and technology schemes on the M25 corridor. You will ensure delivery across health & safety, quality, cost, environment and people while coordinating with stakeholders.

Location options include Dartford, Leatherhead or South Mimms, with flexible smart working. The role offers a dynamic infrastructure environment and opportunities to impact major UK roads projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing project teams delivering multiple highways/tech schemes.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Commercial focus to drive project performance.
• High resilience and ability to handle conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience maintaining project and stage plans with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project objectives across Health & Safety, Quality, Cost, Environment, Delivery and People.
• Lead lifecycle of schemes from feasibility to handover.
• Manage sub-contractors and designers, ensuring safety and cost targets.
• Prepare and maintain project plans and change management.
• Travel to other offices/depots as required.
