Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking a full-time Technology Risk and Governance Analyst based in the Isle of Man. You will support the technology risk and governance framework, coordinating risk, control, policy, audit, outsourcing, and regulatory activities with technology leadership and risk owners.

The role focuses on managing risk assessments, risk registers, policy reviews, supplier governance, and audits while promoting regulatory compliance and a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of risk management principles and frameworks, especially in technology context.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing risk registers.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to produce clear reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to technology and risk management.
• Experience in supporting audit processes is preferred.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective operation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework within Technology.
• Maintain the Technology Risk Register, ensuring risks, controls, and actions are documented and reviewed.
• Facilitate risk and control reviews with Technology Management and risk owners, ensuring control effectiveness.
• Support risk assessments for Technology, change initiatives, new services, outsourcing, and material suppliers.
• Coordinate, support, and report on audits both internal and external.
• Review, update, and report on policies, procedures, and registers within the department.
• Assist with Technology & Change outsourcing and procurement processes, including onboarding and annual reviews.
• Provide GAP analysis and timely reporting of activities and priorities.
