Job summary

Causeway Group is seeking an Operational Resilience Lead to shape and embed technology resilience across critical systems in a hybrid role based in Gerrards Cross or Middlesbrough. You will partner with product, engineering and IT teams to design, test and improve disaster recovery and continuity capabilities.

The role requires experience in business continuity, cloud platforms, and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering measurable resilience improvements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency, including BIAs, BC plans and disaster recovery.
• Operational experience with at least one public cloud provider and VM’s.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.
• Proven ability to design and test large-scale recovery plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in risk management and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of Causeway’s Technology Resilience framework across critical systems and processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and IT to embed resilience in designs.
• Develop and run continuity and disaster recovery scenarios and tests.
• Quantify, document and report resilience metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare resilience reports and lessons learned for governance forums.
• Drive continuous improvement to DR service quality and cost efficiency.
