Job summary

Connect Legal Partners seeks a Head of Business Resilience to lead and standardize resilience across the UK and international offices. You will set governance, drive improvements and ensure readiness for incidents.

You will collaborate with IT and information security, plan annual testing, review impact assessments and recovery plans, and mentor teams through change in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading change across teams in professional services or regulated settings.
• Working knowledge of business continuity and recovery planning.
• Experience partnering with IT and information security teams.

Responsibilities

• Set resilience standards, governance and an improvement plan.
• Agree roles, decisions and escalation for incident management.
• Review business impact assessments and recovery plans.
• Work with IT and information security on recovery priorities.
• Plan and run an annual testing and exercise programme and report on readiness.

Education

ISO 22301 or equivalent qualification
