83zero Ltd is seeking an Operational Resilience Lead to drive the Technology Resilience framework across critical systems and processes. You will partner with product, engineering and IT teams to embed resilience by design, quantify risks, and report on DR readiness.

The role requires senior leadership, strong communication, and extensive experience in business continuity within mid-to-large enterprises. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience in Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency, incl. BIAs, BC plans, disaster recovery and testing.
• Operational experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP) and VM's.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.
• Development and testing of large-scale recovery plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in medium to large enterprises with multiple stakeholders.
• Risk management and change management.
• Experience operating within an ITSM framework.

Responsabilidades

• Own the implementation of the Technology Resilience framework across critical systems, business processes, and technology.
• Evaluate resilience status, classify services by criticality, and create a roadmap to reduce risk and outages.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and IT to embed resilience in products and services.
• Advise on continuity considerations for supplier onboarding and supply chain risk management.
• Metric reporting and resilience MI development for leadership and governance forums.
• Design tests and scenarios to validate continuity and recovery plans.
• Lead improvement initiatives from test lessons learned and incidents.
• Communicate DR performance and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
