Job summary

TPN TECH Recruitment in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant to join the team. You will own the full lifecycle for AI, Data and Software roles and will partner with startups, scale-ups, and established tech businesses across the UK and Europe.

You will build client relationships, drive new business, develop a network of top tech professionals, and have a clear path into leadership as the team grows. Remote opportunities are limited.

Qualifications

• Proven success in recruitment, ideally within Technology, Data & AI, Cybersecurity or Software Engineering.
• Strong 360 recruitment and business development experience.
• A commercially driven mindset with a passion for winning new business and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for AI, Data, and Software roles across startups, scale-ups, and high-growth tech businesses in the UK and Europe.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client partnerships.
• Build and maintain a network of highly skilled professionals across Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud & DevOps, Data & AI, and Software Engineering.
• Conduct technical screening and assessments based on understanding of software engineering principles, the SDLC and cloud infrastructures.
• Deliver the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement and account management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market insight and consultative solutions.
• Drive revenue growth while identifying new opportunities within enterprise and scale-up accounts.
