Job summary

Sodexo is recruiting an experienced Technology Project Manager for a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. You will deliver complex technology projects across Europe within the Supply Chain and Merchandising Technology team, reporting to the EU Functional Lead.

Hybrid working with 3 days per week at Ashford, Kent or Hemel Hempstead, you will lead end-to-end delivery from initiation to BAU, ensuring governance, RAID and stakeholder communications are maintained throughout the lifecycle.

Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Technology Project Manager on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract, reporting to the EU Functional Lead for Merchandising, Food Safety & Quality Assurance and Sustainability. Working within the Supply Chain and Merchandising Technology team, you will play a key role in delivering complex technical projects across Europe, including the Supplier Suite/PGI programme.The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week based at either our Ashford, Kent or Hemel Hempstead office, alongside the flexibility required to support project delivery across Europe.You will take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, managing projects from initiation and planning through to implementation and successful transition into BAU. Accountable for delivery against agreed time, scope and budget, you will ensure requirements remain aligned to project objectives and that appropriate governance, project methodologies, RAID management and controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.As an experienced Project Manager, you will be confident delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and will hold a recognised Project Management qualification. You will bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with sponsors, business teams, technical specialists and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.You will have proven change management experience, ideally involving the deployment of technology across multiple sites, alongside experience managing third-party system integrators and external delivery partners. A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to successfully manage change through to operational adoption will be essential.To succeed in this fast-paced and time-critical environment, you will be highly organised, self-motivated and adaptable, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
