Technology Project Manager — Hybrid European Delivery

Job summary

Sodexo is recruiting an experienced Technology Project Manager for a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. You will deliver complex technology projects across Europe within the Supply Chain and Merchandising Technology team, reporting to the EU Functional Lead.

Hybrid working with 3 days per week at Ashford, Kent or Hemel Hempstead, you will lead end-to-end delivery from initiation to BAU, ensuring governance, RAID and stakeholder communications are maintained throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technical projects across large organisations.
• Proven ability to manage governance and RAID through project lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with sponsors, business teams and technical staff.
• Experience working with third-party system integrators and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery from initiation to BAU implementation.
• Ensure delivery meets time, scope and budget while maintaining governance.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to the project.
• Manage RAID, risks, issues and communications across Europe.
