Job summary

Addition is seeking a hands-on Technology Service Delivery Leader to oversee end-user support, endpoint management and automation in a fast-growing fintech.

You will coach the Service Desk team, own the OS lifecycle on Windows and macOS, drive improvements through automation and strong governance, and partner with Security, Audit and Finance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an IT Service Desk or Technology Operations function.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS endpoints via MDM/UEM.
• Strong ITSM knowledge, ideally Jira Service Management.
• Experience with endpoint security and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Technology Service Desk team and set service standards.
• Own the OS lifecycle for Windows and macOS devices from config to retirement.
• Manage MDM/UEM platforms to keep endpoints secure and compliant.
• Drive automation and scripting to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Security, Ops, Finance and Product to support risk and governance.
• Manage suppliers and service providers to ensure value and performance.
• Support technology risk, controls, and audit activities in a regulated environment.
