Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Technology Operating Model Manager to work across London, Manchester or Edinburgh. You will partner with technology and business leaders to architect and implement operating models that unlock business value through modern engineering practices.

You'll shape strategy, design governance and roadmaps, and lead teams in adopting new operating models, Lean and Agile approaches, and advanced capabilities like Data & AI, Cloud and Platform Engineering.

Qualifications

Experience designing modern technology operating models or engineering background in Data & AI, DevOps or Platform Engineering
Understand modern IT, Data, AI and Cloud operating model components and methodologies
Understand functional architecture and how this informs operating model design
Curious about emerging technologies (Cloud Native, Data, AI, Robotics)

Responsabilités

Partner with technology and business leaders to architect operating model blueprint
Co-create Technology Operating Model vision, strategy and design including organization, governance and process designs
Shape value cases and roadmaps aligned to business objectives
Lead and coach client teams in adopting new operating models and engineering practices
Lead and coach junior team members
