Job summary
Accenture UK is recruiting a Technology Operating Model Manager to lead complex client engagements across London, Manchester or Edinburgh. You will design and implement operating models at the intersection of business and technology, guiding architecture, governance and delivery strategies.
You will partner with senior leaders to shape value cases, roadmaps and modern engineering capabilities, including Cloud, Data & AI, and Platform Engineering, while coaching teams through Agile
Qualifications
- Experience designing modern technology operating models or background in Data & AI, DevOps or Platform Engineering
- Understand modern IT, Data, AI and Cloud operating model components
- Ability to synthesize business strategies into operating model designs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence clients
Responsibilities
- Partner with technology and business leaders to architect operating model blueprints
- Co-create technology operating model vision, strategy and design for clients
- Shape value cases and roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Advise on modern engineering capabilities including Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Automation, Data & AI and Cloud
- Lead client teams and coach junior members
- Deliver insights and mitigate risks during transformations
