Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Technology Operating Model Consultant to help clients translate business strategy into practical operating models across cloud, data, AI and engineering platforms.

You will partner with technology and business leaders to design, implement, and scale modern operating models, shaping roadmaps and value cases while guiding cross-functional teams through transformations. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and global expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience designing modern technology operating models or engineering background in Data & AI, DevOps or Platform Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech and business leaders to architect operating model blueprints.
• Co-create technology operating model vision, strategy, design and governance.
• Shape value cases and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Lead and coach client teams and junior staff on new operating models and engineering practices.
