Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Operating Model Manager to join our team in London, Manchester or Edinburgh. You will partner with senior technology and business leaders to design operating models that unlock value and agility, and lead large, multi-disciplinary teams through transformation initiatives.

As a manager, you will shape strategic roadmaps, influence governance, and guide value-case development, while leveraging Cloud, Data & AI and automation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing modern technology operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and coaching.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud, Data & AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology and business leaders to architect operating model blueprints.
• Co-create Technology Operating Model vision, strategy and design.
• Shape value cases and implementation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Assess industry trends to identify new capabilities and changes.
• Advise on engineering capabilities including Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Automation, Data & AI and Cloud.
• Lead and mentor client teams in adopting new operating models and engineering practices.
• Conduct Agile and modern engineering maturity assessments to improve quality and speed to market.
