Job summary

W Hotels in London is seeking a Technology Manager (Multi-Property) to lead hotel technology operations across a cluster of properties, drive cybersecurity coordination, governance, and lifecycle planning, and deliver technology projects in partnership with hotel leadership and vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality IT management, a bachelor’s degree, and experience with Marriott systems such as MARSHA, Opera and Sales & Catering, plus strong leadership, communication and vendor

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospitality technology or IT management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience with Marriott applications including MARSHA, Opera and Sales & Catering.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, cybersecurity and infrastructure support.
• Proven project management, stakeholder management and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations and support across multiple hotel properties.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott technology, security and operational standards.
• Manage technology assets, infrastructure inventories and lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate vendors, service providers and technology support partners.
• Deliver technology projects from planning through implementation and review.
• Drive cybersecurity compliance, risk remediation and incident response activities.
• Administer hotel systems, networks, servers and user support services.
• Support budgeting, procurement, forecasting and capital technology planning.
