Job summary

The Consultancy Group in London is seeking a Systems & Technology Delivery Manager to own the technology programme across a luxury hospitality portfolio. This hands-on role manages multiple vendor workstreams and digs into system integrations, data flows and operational requirements.

You will own scope, budget, dependencies, coordinate vendors across property management, commercial and finance systems, map guest data flows and lead testing, training and go-live at each site, establishing

• 3+ years’ experience within hospitality sector.
• Delivered a cloud-based property management system implementation through configuration, integration, testing, training and go-live.
• Hands-on experience specifying, testing and troubleshooting API-based integrations.

I am partnered with a luxury hospitality business who are looking for a Systems & Technology Delivery Manager to take ownership of the technology programme across the portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple vendor workstreams while also getting into the detail of systems integrations, data flows and operational requirements.
