About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technology Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on our systems strategy, digital innovation, and customer experience initiatives at a pivotal time for the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimising the performance of our core platforms, managing a talented tech and UX team, and driving key digital transformation projects. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional experience for both our customers and internal users.
