Job summary

Modis in the UK is seeking a senior Technology M&A Specialist to lead IT due diligence, post-merger integration and technology separation across major corporate and private equity engagements. You will drive IT assessments across infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity and cloud, translating findings into clear business implications for senior stakeholders.

You will shape post-deal integration and separation roadmaps, manage data migrations, and help grow the practice by developing propositions,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading IT M&A engagements within consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IT due diligence, post-merger integration and technology separation.
• Experience delivering complex, high-value transactions across multiple technology workstreams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and ERP environments.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Ability to turn technical findings into clear commercial advice.
• Experience identifying synergies, modelling costs and quantifying technology-related deal risks.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology assessments covering IT infrastructure, applications and cyber security.
• Translate findings into commercial implications for senior stakeholders and deal teams.
• Shape integration, separation strategies and data migrations post-deal.
• Develop propositions, lead proposals and assist in winning work.
• Build trusted relationships with CIO/CTO and deal leadership teams.
