Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience within a consultancy, especially in technology due diligence and post-deal advisory.
• Ideally expertise in product, cybersecurity, or data due diligence.
• Experience with IT health checks, red flag analysis, and deal readiness assessments.
• Ability to engage confidently with private equity and large corporate institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute tech due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Assist clients in preparing for exits and ensuring seamless post-deal integration.
• Manage project teams and mentor junior consultants.
