The Consultancy Group (London) is seeking a senior delivery professional to lead Technology M&A workstreams on live transactions. You will directly engage CIOs, CFOs and senior stakeholders, build analyses, challenge assumptions and own client conversations.

This is a high-autonomy role focusing on technology due diligence, integration and separations across the deal lifecycle with clear progression based on impact.

Qualifications

• Proven Technology M&A experience on live transactions.
• Experience leading or owning workstreams across integrations and separations.
• Ability to analyse technology cost structures and financial implications.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and translating complex topics.
• Independent thinker who takes ownership in a high-autonomy environment.
